During this past October 22nd meeting, the Carmel Valley Community Planning Board announced that it will be going dark in November and December. Therefore, they will not be making a decision on the revised submitted plans for the proposed new One Paseo center.
The reason being that Kilroy did not submit their plans until October 19th, not allowing enough time between and the October 22nd meeting.
As we know, the community was unhappy with the first rounds of designs and this new revised plan offers a scaled down version with apparently a lot more of the community request.
Kilroy Vice President Jamas Gwilliam stated “The plan reflects the input we received from the community.”
Many people still remain skeptical, so we will have to wait and see until after the holiday season if the community approves of these new plans.
